Virtue Production Company partners with artists to strengthen and elevate their live performances through dependable audio and visual production. We combine technical expertise with honest guidance to support our clients, solve production challenges, and help bring creative visions to life.
What is Virtue production?
Virtue Production Company was founded by Turner Theel and Parker Mason in 2024. What began in a college apartment has quickly grown into a trusted audio and visual production partner for artists, venues, and organizations across Nashville.
Virtue exists to do more than simply provide equipment. We work alongside our clients to support every stage of production, from operating gear and coordinating transport to managing setup and helping navigate venue logistics. Our team is committed to solving the practical and creative challenges that often arise in live audio and visual environments so our partners can focus on delivering a great experience.
At Virtue, we believe transparency and trust are essential to a successful production partnership. Many artists and organizers face the same challenge when working with technical services: it can be difficult to know what equipment is actually necessary. Our goal is to simplify that process and give honest guidance, even when it means recommending less.

At its core, Virtue Production Company exists to help artists and creators grow. By providing reliable production support and experienced guidance, we aim to strengthen the teams we work with and elevate the performances they bring to the stage. When our partners succeed, we succeed, and we are proud to play a role in helping their vision reach a larger audience.
Parker is a co-owner of Virtue Production Company and a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, where he earned a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Based in Nashville, TN, he works as a touring bass player and is actively involved in the music and creative industries. When he’s not performing or working on new projects, Parker enjoys shooting pool, cooking, working out, and spending time at the beach.

Turner Theel
With over three years of live production management experience, Turner brings the industry know-how to everything Virtue does. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Education from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2021, and he been a freelance audio, lighting, and video tech since. Turner is passionate about helping others succeed and works diligently to provide solutions for each artist’s unique situations with exceptional attention to detail. Outside of work, Turner enjoys being outdoors with his wife and traveling to visit family. His other hobbies include golf, climbing, and snowboarding.
Service Locations
Virtue primarily serves the Nashville area but we travel nearby states depending on the gig!

We service a wide range of events including live music concerts, tours, weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and festivals. If you need professional audio or lighting in the Nashville area, we can help.
Do you offer delivery and setup for audio rentals?

Yes, all our rental packages have delivery, setup, and teardown by a professional technician as an option to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also offer options to hire a dedicated audio engineer for the whole duration of your event.
